The Clear Winner: Candidate & client attraction is the biggest challenge
Leading by a significant margin, candidate & client attraction is the top challenge for over half of the respondents. In the competitive recruitment market, attracting top talent and securing client contracts has been a constant struggle. The ongoing talent shortages across various industries, coupled with increasing client expectations, have made it more difficult than ever to place the right candidates in the right roles. This challenge emphasises the need for recruiters to continually innovate their approach to both sourcing candidates and building client relationships.
